Trilogy Funds closes Tower Central Trust

Property fund manager Trilogy Funds Management Limited has announced its latest unlisted property trust offering closed fully subscribed yesterday.

The Tower Central office building located at 114 Brisbane Street, Ipswich becomes the sole asset of the Trust with a forecast return of 8%pa* from settlement.

Key tenants of the property include Bendigo Bank, Australia Post and the Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney-General (Office of the Public Guardian).

Trilogy Funds’ Head of Property Assets David Hogan said this raise was an opportunity for investors of various profiles to access a commercial property investment in Queensland’s fastest growing city1.

“Ipswich is a growth area and obviously investors agree this is a compelling investment opportunity,” Mr Hogan said.

“Investors seek diversity across properties and as such Tower Central Trust enjoyed the support of a number of Trilogy Funds’ existing investors.

“We are currently reviewing a number of other properties for our next property trust.” Trilogy Funds has offered three unlisted property trusts in the past two years, which have all been fully subscribed.
