Trilogy Funds settles Acacia Ridge Industrial Trust

Property Trust manager, Trilogy Funds Management has today announced that it has settled the purchase of the industrial property asset located at 67 Bellrick Street, Acacia Ridge, Queensland with the trust being fully subscribed. Investors in the trust will now commence earning the forecast return of 7.6%pa[1].

The 24,680 sqm site is purposed primarily as a large logistics hub for Bluestar Global Logistics who occupy over 90% of the property. Active Food Marketing occupy the remainder of the property. Combined, the tenants provide an 8.6 year weighted average lease expiry[2].

The site is considered to have some development potential which may add some further value to the property.

Discussing the acquisition of the asset, Trilogy Executive Deputy Chairman, Rodger Bacon said “We are delighted at the settlement of the Acacia Ridge property. We are confident the property will demonstrate its strategic value with its prime industrial location in easy reach to Brisbane’s central business district and other key transport links.  We are also pleased to announce the appointment of K2 Private as our property manager.”
