The Trilogy Capital Group was formed to harness the many years of combined property experience of its founding partners.

Rodger Bacon, the Trilogy Capital Group Deputy Chairman, is well regarded in Australian business circles, particularly for his role as one of the architects of growth and development of the highly successful listed financial services company Challenger International Limited.

Trilogy Capital Services Pty Limited

Trilogy Capital Services Pty Limited (ACN 109 457 838) is the property lending and syndication portion of the business and operates in conjunction with its wholly owned subsidiary Trilogy Funds Management Limited (AFS Licence 261425, ACN 080 383 679). The mortgage lending activities of the Group commenced in Brisbane in 1999 and the acquisition of the business interest and management by Trilogy Capital Services Pty Limited was completed in July 2004.

Trilogy Funds Management Limited

Trilogy Funds Management Limited (ACN 080 383 679) is the funds management company and holds Australian Financial Services Licence No. 261425. It is the Responsible Entity for a number of mortgage investment trusts and property trusts.

Trilogy Capital Partners Pty Limited

Trilogy Capital Partners Pty Limited (ACN 108 873 258) focuses on property development opportunities, and in particular where it can “partner” significant corporations to achieve their aims in real estate ownership, development and leasing. Activities cover residential, commercial, retail and industrial properties. Through its shareholding “partners” it can demonstrate all the relevant knowledge and skills, with each having the ability to draw on more than thirty years experience on the path to acquisition, development, management and funding of projects.

Trilogy Structured Properties

Trilogy Structured Properties uses the very extensive property investment, funds management and finance skills in the Trilogy Capital Group to structure real estate investments. The central aim is to “allocate” the various aspects of the property asset in order to match the specific return, risk and cash flow needs of different investor groups. In some cases these transactions may bring into play other parts of the Trilogy Capital Group such as funds management, lending and property development.
