Fund Description

Trilogy HealthCare REIT is an open ended direct property Trust that will acquire healthcare property assets with the aim of providing income and capital growth for investors over the medium to long term. The Trust has acquired a North Sydney Sports Medicine Centre at 286 Pacific Highway Crows Nest. The property is currently leased to a major healthcare provider. The Trust also has an option to acquire an adjoining car park which it intends to redevelop. The preferred redevelopment is for a commercial centre with medical facilities with the aim of developing the property over 24 months.

Trilogy distributes income to investors on a monthly basis and during the planning phase it is expected to be approximately 5.6% per annum. This is expected to decrease during the construction phase. Units will be re-valued by Trilogy upon completion of any development of the property.  The objective is to achieve the maximum possible return from the development, with a minimum targeted pre-tax return in excess of 10% p.a.

Trilogy Funds Management Limited is the Responsible Entity (RE) and Asset Manager for this fund.

How to Invest

Investors are requested to complete the application form in the PDS and return this to Trilogy Funds Management with an accompanying cheque.  EFT or B-Pay is also available.  Upon receipt by Trilogy, Investors monies are deposited into the Trilogy HealthCare REIT.

Investors’ will be notified in writing on the receipt of their application form by Trilogy.
