Fund Description

Trilogy Medilink Property Income Syndicate is a registered managed investment scheme which owns leasehold property at 100 Angus Smith Drive, Douglas, Townsville, Queensland adjoining the Townsville General Hospital. The property comprises a substantial commercial building, purpose built to meet the support facility requirements of the Townsville General Hospital and is connected to the Hospital by an overhead walkway/link.  The property further comprises a neighbouring building which is a purpose built childcare centre, which is known as the ABC Learning Centres building. The property is situated approximately 10.5 kms south west of Townsville.

Trilogy Funds Management has forecast the initial return on the $1.00 per unit subscribed by the investor to be 8.01% in the financial year ending 30 June 2007, increasing to 9.26% per annum in the financial year ending 30 June 2011. In addition there are substantial taxation advantages.

Trilogy Funds Management Limited is the Responsible Entity (RE) and Asset Manager for this fund.

This fund has a 5 year term. It is fully subscribed and therefore additional investment applications cannot be accepted.
