Chief Operating Officer
Justin has been the Chief Operating Officer for Trilogy Funds and Director of Relm since 2007. He is also a Certified Practicing Accountant. Prior to joining Trilogy Funds, Justin held various senior management roles within the financial services sector. Justin’s expertise encompasses technology, strategic planning and program delivery, and reviewing existing systems and processes to improve operational efficiencies. This combined with his experience across audit, insurance, home loans and funds management gives him a unique understanding of driving efficiencies within the industry.
Head of Property Assets
David has had more than 40 years property finance industry experience through various cycles and market conditions. He was a co-founder of Trilogy Funds Management Limited in 2004, and applies his experience in risk management, capital structuring, lending, acquisitions and property syndications to the management of Trilogy Funds’ property assets. David is also the Chairman of the Trilogy Funds Lending Committee and is a member of the Treasury Committee. David was previously an Executive Director of Challenger Property Capital Limited and played a significant role in the development of its global commercial property portfolio, which had an estimated value in excess of $2.6 billion.
Adam is a qualified CPA bringing over 20 years of accounting and management experience to the Trilogy team. Working primarily across the property and financial services sectors, Adam has held senior finance roles in smaller privately owned groups through to larger organisations including QIC Global Real Estate and AMP Capital Investors.
Adam is responsible for the complete finance function of Trilogy’s corporate entities, including AFSL requirements, as well as investor funds.
Head of Investor Relations & Distribution
Alison has extensive experience in investments, financial services and investment banking. In her role as Head of Investor Relations and Distribution, Alison is responsible for the Investor Relations team who are the first port of call for Investors in any Trilogy product. She also manages the Distribution team at Trilogy and develops the strategy for both direct and indirect investments including compliance, business planning and processes. Alison leads the operational performance of the department including risk management, stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Head of Lending & Property Developments
Clinton has over 20 years experience in asset and facilities management, property development, and project delivery. Prior to joining Trilogy Funds, he provided project structuring and development delivery services on commercial, industrial and residential projects in Brisbane and regional Queensland. Many of his previous projects have been recognised by industry groups including Master Builder Queensland and the Northern Territory, the Urban Development Institute, the Property Council of Australia and Business Review Weekly.
Head of Marketing
Elizabeth is a results-oriented marketing and communications professional with a proven record of achievements in planning and leading comprehensive marketing campaigns in the support of business goals and objectives. With more than 12 years experience in financial services marketing, Elizabeth is responsible for developing Trilogy’s marketing strategy and overseeing the execution. Elizabeth calls on her extensive leadership experience to build and guide Trilogy’s high performing marketing team.
Human Resources Manager
Zoe joined Trilogy in 2004 and brings to the team 17 years of experience in financial services, office administration and human resources. Zoe is passionate about helping Trilogy make the most of their resources and talent to deliver expert services to clients, through improving methods and technologies to better meet the ever evolving requirements of Trilogy and it’s workforce and through developing company culture and employee relations.
Head of Governance & Risk
Henry leverages his years of experience in the financial services industry and as a director across a number of private companies to oversee the risk management and governance function across Trilogy’s entities. Henry plays a key role in ensuring Trilogy is both in compliance with current regulatory standards as well as aware of any legislative and regulatory change, both domestically and internationally.
In addition to his role as Head of Governance and Risk, Henry is portfolio manager for Trilogy Enhanced Cash, our multi-strategy income fund. Henry is responsible for daily asset allocation, ensuring the portfolio aligns with the current investment strategy while reporting to the Board on performance-based metrics.
