Trilogy chooses to strive for #EachforEqual

The Trilogy team continues to focus our efforts on building a gender equal business that’s inclusive and a workplace that sees our women thrive.

This International Women’s Day, we’re doing our part to celebrate women’s achievements by chatting to our own leading ladies to learn more about what being a female leader, in a male dominated industry, means to them.

Meet Zoe, Alison and Elizabeth who not only hold key roles within the business but are highly valued team members and inspiring leaders who are critical to Trilogy’s overall success.

What does being a female leader mean to you?

Zoe: It means to lead by example and empower other women in the workplace

Alison: Developing people and help them reach their full potential

Elizabeth: Being a female leader means demonstrating the importance of work/life balance for working Mums. And that you don’t have to choose between a career or family – you can have both!  Oh, and in the future there’ll be no female leaders, there will just be leaders.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?

Zoe: Say yes to things that push you out of your comfort zone

Alison: You’re only as good as your team and don’t be afraid to ask questions

Elizabeth: Always seek feedback, particularly as a leader from your team – what are you doing well and where can you improve.

Your favourite quote?

Zoe: All it takes is all you’ve got! – Marc Davis

Alison: It always seems impossible until it’s done – Nelson Mandela

Elizabeth: Just try new things, don’t be afraid. Step out of your comfort zone and soar. – Michelle Obama
